| Oh gosh it has been FOREVER since I have written in this...umm anyways... I am back at UNI for the second semester...and it started off kind've rough... but then it got a little better... and the classes and everything else are going better for me... I have my own room this semester I roomed with Jon last semester... Jon was fun to room with I just needed and wanted my own space and it's nice...I decorated it and made it my own... and it's just nice to go back to if I want to get away from everything...
Umm I went to Chicago last weekend and stayed with a friend at Columbia College she was in "Working" the All-State Musical...and David, Nathan, and I went...and we hungout went shopping and walked around Chicago... and then we went and saw the musical Little Women...which was AMAZING... and we saw it with 2 of the original broadway cast members... and at first we were sitting very high up...and then there were some empty seats in the front of the balcony...so when the show started we moved down and our seats were amazing we could see facial expressions and everything...and it was a little sad...because people assume Little Women is a classical musical...with old boring songs...and it is not like that at all there are some amazing songs in it and the way it was done was so modern with transitions and special effects and whatnot...I loved it and I was so fortunate to see it because it was only in Chicago for 2 weeks before it moved to the next city...
Classes have been going well... there is more work that is time consuming...especially with my theatre classes I have to help out with the shows and all...
I've been watching American Idol I still LOVE that show...although this season I haven't seen anyone that has blown me away...just alot of really good people...but maybe it will get better...
This weekend was a pretty nice quiet relaxing weekend... last night Mallory, Nathan John, and I went to Barnes and Nobles and then to IHOP where we had this really cool waiter...and today Nathan, Mallory, John, and I went shopping because David and Colleen had gone home for the weekend...so we went to the mall and then to Game X where I found the movie CAMP I LOVE that movie and it was really cheap and then we went to walmart to get the necessaties...
Oh you must see High School Musical...that movie was so god but it was corny good lol I actually liked the music from it... it was kind've like camp...
I also found out that over spring break my family is going to see Wicked! It will be my third time lol I LOVE that musical and luckily for me there will be a new Galinda and Elphaba... so I won't have to see the same people again! I more excited for my family to see it well my dad already saw it last year because he chaperoned for when I went. My mom will really enjoy it because she knows that I listen to it all the time...and sometimes I think it would annoy her but now she'll get to see why I am so in love with it and she loves the song "For Good" and my sister has been wanting to see it forever so I am glad that she'll finally get to see it.
Tonight is probably another chill night and Nathan and I are gonna watch more of Desperate Housewives in a little bit! I have become addicted to that show! It's pretty much amazing!

| Hey everyone... it's been awhile... umm where to start it's good to be home for the Holidays! Christmas was nice and relaxing...though it didn't really feel like Christmas... It's nice to just come home and see my family and friends... and have all my own stuff... eh... well... I've been relaxing and being bored...but I have also been working alot... and I really haven't had that much time to spend with friends as much as I would want to... Idk...the hard part about coming back home is that I feel like I am "just a guest" at my house... and I feel left out in a way... it feels like I've missed out on so much... and that I am not as close with anyone or anything as I used to be... and I have missed home and the people alot... and I'm hoping that people don't think I've changed in a negative way...I still think that I am the same me... but if I have changed in a negative way... please let me know... sorry to just be depressive about this... so much has happend...I think I am in sort've in the midst of trying to find myself... and know exactly what I want and what I want to do... and there are just sooo many options...but I want to make sure I find the right one and the one that I will be the most happy and satisfied with... well that's about all I have to say...sorry to everyone for the not so wonderful post but eh...what else can I do...Later! -Jared- | | |
| Well... my class that I was suppose to have was cancelled! :) Anyways...this weekend was crazy...Thursday was Zachs birthday! :) Friday night was movie night with Mal, David, Nathan, and Colleen...the group I guess... and we watch Cruel Intentions...and then Saturday was morning and afternoon was all homework, cleaning, and laundry... and then I went to the Men's Glee Club concert and it was awesome I really enjoyed it! Aftwards John, Lindy, Mal, David, Nathan, Colleen, and a couple others came into my room and we ordered pizza and just hungout... then everyone left around midnight and Nathan left for a little bit...and then David and Nathan stayed in my room till like 4:00 in the morning and they ended up sleeping in my room till about 7:00... and Sunday was just another chill relax day... I went shopping with David and Nathan...and then I came back and went to rehersal for our Christmas concert tonight and then I went to Walmart with Mal and Colleen... everything else is going well...Ryan and I are ok everything's just right and Zach is just amazing lol although I had some crazy online conversations with both of them Saturday night...but eh lol everything is ok I am singing in studio on Wednesday I am singing it's musical theatre day! lol So I get to sing "Astonishing" from the musical Little Women" Which I am going to see that in January with David and Nathan and we're gonna go stay with Shae who was in "Working" with me so I am really excited!... well that's all that I have to say...sorry nothing exciting... only about 1 week and 3 days till break! | | |
| So I come home today for Thanksgiving Break YAY! I am ready to come home and have a break...my own bathroom, bedroom/BED, friends and HOMECOOKING all the things that I dearly miss... :D I feel like I haven't been home forever so it's going to feel really wierd... but anyways my weekend... pretty uneventful...and kind've quiet... because pretty much everyone was gone...it was really nice...I actually had the chance to hangout with Danny more and he rocks my world! We went shopping and we got Christmas decorations for our room and he helped me pick out this really cool fiber optic tree that was like uber cheap for my room :D Jon and I kind've moved our room around to allow for my space and we're gonna work on it more after break... but anyways I went shopping with my friend and we went to Gap and I found 2 nice sweaters for only $2 lol I was like hell yes! I went shopping a couple days before and I found a pair of mens big sunglasses from Von Maur for $3 and then a pair of Old Navy dress up socks that are pink with blue and gray for only $5 and then a necklace for 97 cents lol so it was a good shopping day! Gosh I need to start on Christmas shopping so on my way home Nathan and I are stopping at Coral Ridge and Mal and David are gonna met us there since they live in Iowa City. We'll I haven't had good sleep...last night I maybe got about 3 hours of sleep so I skipped my first 2 classes which wasn't bad...because my first class... I can make up the work by writing a review of the Nutcracker that I saw Saturday night for dance...and then my second class was a lecture class that I just taken a test in and doesn't take attendance so later I found out the class was cancelled so it was awesome! | AH thank god it's Friday! I love the end of the week when you can just get stuff back in order...eh...not alot has been happening I had alot of quizzes and test this week... I had a piano quiz on Monday that went well a math quiz that was alright and today I had a Humanities quiz that was ok... but yeah Tuesday it snowed and it was wierd it was nice but it seemed to early to snow lol and yeah Kira and I went to walmart so I could get Carrie Underwoods CD lol :) Wednesday Nathan, Lindy, and I went to a bar called Coconuts to see my friend Morgan "drop it like it's hot" her dance team danced and then we stayed and hungout and danced it was fun...although next time if I ever go to a bar it would be nice to be a little tipsy...lol because everyone else is and you just feel not outgoing enough haha...but I was wearing one of Nathans shirts and a girl accidently bumped into me and spilled it on my shoulder lol she was lucky I didn't flip out on her lol haha jk...it wasn't much and it was on my shoulder lol and then afterwards we went and picked up David cuz he had just gotten back from his sisters bday and he also wasn't 19 and we went to Wendys and I didn't get to bed till like 2:00 lol and I was lucky I had a late class lol last night/this morning I went to see Harry Potter 4 and it was actually alright...I didn't get to bed till 3:00 lol and so i've been really tired today... lol and Mal, Nathan, and David went to Chicago...to visit some ppl and I decided not to go since I had been gone the last couple of weekends so it's kind've nice and relaxing so I can get stuff ready....I am so excited to come home see my family and friends have my own bed and bathroom and HOME COOKING! :) Nathan is riding back with me and I am going to take him home... and I think we're going to stop at Coral Ridge...but yeah that's about all for now...
